About Greg Schneider

Greg Schneider is a former NCAA Div I athlete and military veteran. Greg has been training clients and groups since 1994 in many disciplines of fitness. In recent years, Greg has specialized in training military, law enforcement, firefighters, and security personal for the physical and mental rigors of their professions. In addition to tactical professionals, Greg has developed training programs for combat athletes (MMA), and obstacle course racers. Many of Greg's colleagues and clients have referred to him as the Warrior-God of Kettlebells.
